The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the provisional answer keys and question papers with recorded responses online. Visit https://www.nta.ac.in/ or https://exams.nta.ac.in/DBT/ to see them.
If you spot any discrepancies, you can challenge the answers by following the enclosed procedure. Each challenge costs ₹200 per question, but it's non-refundable. Make sure to review the details carefully!
Procedure for Challenge of Answer Key
- Visit the website https://exams.nta.ac.in/DBT/.
- Log in using your Application Number and Date of Birth, and enter the displayed Security PIN before submitting.
- Navigate to 'Challenge(s) regarding Answer Key'.
- Find the sequential Question IDs for GAT-B/BET 2024, including:
- 60 Questions for Graduate Aptitude Test - Biotechnology (GAT-B) Part A
- 100 Questions for GAT-B Part B
- 50 Questions for Biotechnology Eligibility Test (BET) Part A
- 150 Questions for BET Part B
- Note that the ID next to the question under 'Correct Option' indicates the recommended Answer Key by NTA.
- To challenge an option, select one or more Option IDs from the next four columns by checking the box.
- Optionally, upload supporting documents in the 'Choose File' field, consolidated into a single PDF/JPG file.
- After selecting your desired option, for Part A/Part B of GAT-B/BET, proceed to 'Challenge Question' and move to the next screen.
- Review all challenged Option IDs; if any changes are necessary, click on 'Edit/Add challenge Questions'. Then, click 'Save your Claim and Pay Fee Finally'.
- Click 'Continue and Pay Fee Finally'.
- Choose your mode of payment and pay a non-refundable processing fee of ₹200 for each challenged question, using Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.
