MP Direct recruitment of Assistant Grade-3 under Group-4

Some Instructions:-

1. Aadhaar enrollment of the candidate is mandatory.
2. It will be mandatory to bring the original photo identity card to the examination conducted by the board. Voter ID Card, PAN Card, Original as photo identity proof
One can choose from Aadhaar Card, Driving License, and Passport. Only after being verified by UIDAI
This basis will be valid. In the absence of an original photo identity card, the candidate will be debarred from appearing in the examination.
3. Candidates should bring their Aadhaar Card/e-Aadhaar Card/Photocopy of Aadhaar Card/Aadhaar Number/Aadhaar VID in addition to the original identity proof as specified in the Rule Book.
Bringing information is mandatory. Biometric verification is mandatory at the time of admission to the examination and in a phased manner during the examination.
4. Two-way biometric verification is mandatory at the time of admission to the examination and during the examination. Aadhaar must be unlocked at the time of biometric verification.
5. Candidates will be allowed to enter the examination till the reporting time for the examination. As a result, latecomers are not allowed to enter.

7. Candidates can obtain their Admit Card for Online Examination through Online Application Number only. Therefore, keep the application number as necessary.

8. It is mandatory for the applicant to bring a black ballpoint pen and the admit card downloaded from the website of the Board to enter the examination hall.
9. No candidate will be allowed to leave the examination after the commencement of the examination till the completion of the examination.

11. It will be mandatory for the candidates to have live registration in the employment office of Madhya Pradesh state for all the above posts.
12. Candidates belonging to special tribal communities like Baiga, Sahariya / Sahariya, and Bhariya Scheduled Tribes of Madhya Pradesh for their non-executive posts

13. There is no provision for exemption from examination for the candidates of the Adam tribe (Baiga, Saharia/Saharia, and Bharia) for recruitment to the post of the departmental executive.
