UPPSC OTR stands for Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission One Time Registration. It is an initiative of the commission to simplify the registration process for aspirants for various exams conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC)


  1. If you are already registered for OTR i.e. you have an OTR number and password now you can log in to your account or once the registration form is completed you should have login credentials for future access to the UPPSC OTR system which is the login ID and password generated during registration You will get the option to generate. 
  2. When creating a User ID and Password, choose a strong password and a unique username that you can easily remember.
