1. Go to https://www.upsconline.nic.in and register on the One Time Registration (OTR) platform.
2. Once registered, fill out the online application for the exam.
3. Remember, OTR registration is a one-time process.

5. You can modify your application form after the application window closes, from May 15 to May 21, 2024.
6. No withdrawals are allowed after submitting the application.
